Care

How can I clean my plush?
You can hand wash gently in cold water, and air dry. You can put it in the machine to wash, but it's not reccomended as it may fray.

When do orders ship?
If it's not a pre order, expect it to ship within the next 2-3 weeks of your order. If you need your orde to arrive sooner, don't hesitate to let me know! I will prioritize your order for any time sensitive event you need it for. 

Return policy

I do not take returns, due to sanitary reasons. If your plush is damaged, or in need of renewing, please contact me so I can remake your plush for you! Typically, you only need to pay for shipping. Please contact me for any other reasons including returns.
